Appointments & Attendance
Clients are expected to attend scheduled appointments and provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Repeated missed appointments or late cancellations may result in scheduling restrictions or discharge from services following clinical review and appropriate notice.
Telehealth Services
Telehealth services may be offered when clinically appropriate and require a signed Telehealth Consent Form.
Telehealth appointments follow the same standards of privacy and care as in-person visits.
Recording telehealth sessions is not permitted unless all participating parties provide prior written consent as outlined in the Telehealth Consent agreement.
Insurance & Financial Responsibility
Insurance verification does not guarantee payment for services rendered.
Clients are responsible for applicable copayments, coinsurance, deductibles, and non-covered services in accordance with payer policies and applicable laws.
Medicaid members are protected under hold-harmless provisions and will not be billed for charges prohibited by Medicaid regulations.
When covered by the payer, telehealth services are billed similarly to in-person visits, and clients remain responsible for applicable copayments, coinsurance, or deductibles.
